I made this bread for the first time using durum semolina flour from my local co-op and it didn't rise in the oven at all. It was totally flat. It proofed fine, but it is nothing like your pictures. I followed the recipe, so I'm not sure why it didn't work out. Could it be the semolina I used? It was very fine flour.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm a beginner and I'm so bummed out about this loaf! :(
